Q: Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on your battle ready armour, shields and swords?
A. All our products are warranted against manufacturers' defects but are not warranted against misuse or abuse. Probably you should not use your sword to plant your vegetable garden.
Q. What is a backorder?
A. A backorder usually develops if there is a high demand for a product, and the manufacturer is temporarily out of stock. If this is the case with your product, you will be advised within 24 hours by e-mail and you will have the opportunity to cancel or place your order on Back Order. The items are usually shipped to you within 30 days and no charges are made until your items are ready to ship.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you determine within 3 days that you do not like the product, please call us at 855-546-4432 or login to your account and view your order to request a return authorization number. Products must be returned within 10 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.
Q. What carriers do you use for shipping?
A. We ship UPS ground, Fedex and for our international customers, we ship USPS because of lower rates.
Q. What are your shipping rates?
A. Shipping is free within the continental United States.
Q. Once purchased when will I receive my products?
A. You should receive your order within 7 to 14 days of purchase depending on your location within the United States. International orders should be received in 10-14 days. If the item is not in stock, you will be advised within 24 hours and you may cancel at that time if you wish.
Q. Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at TheCastleCourt.com?
A. Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number.
