The typical Viking sword of the 9th and 10th centuries features a wide blade with a broad central fuller and two keen edges. This sword has a doubled edged blade hand forged out of 1050 high carbon steel and polished to a brilliant lustre. The guard and pommel feature traditional Celtic decorations. To house the keen double edge blade each of thse swords comes with a wood scabbard covered in black leather and reinforced with highly polished steel chape and throat. The overall length is 36 7/8" and the blade is 30 1/4" and the weight is 37.1 oz.
