This Viking sword is realistically constructed in the manner of Viking swords of the past. The blade is fully tempered and unedged with an unpointed tip. The sword is made to withstand rugged use while providing the level of safety required by many of today's reenactment societies. It features a classically simple hilt, with a permanently mounted grip and riveted tang for safety. The bladed is fullered for balance and features 1/16" edges and a rounded tip. The steel mounted wooden scabbard is left unfinished for owner customization. The blade length is 28" and overall length is 33 1/2".
