Q:  Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on your battle ready  armour, shields and swords?

A.  All our products are warranted against manufacturers' defects but are not warranted against misuse or abuse. Probably you should not use your sword to plant your vegetable garden.

Q.  What is a backorder?

A. A backorder usually developes if there is a high demand for a product, and the manufacturer is temporarily out of stock.  If this is the case with your product, you will be advised within 24 hours  by e-mail and you will have the opportunity to cancel or place your order on Back Order.  The items are usually shipped to you within 30 days and no charges are made until your items are ready to ship.

Q.  What is your return policy?

A.    If  you determine within 3 days that you do not like the product, please call us at 256-287-2134 or email customerservice@thecastlecourt.com for a return authorization number.  Products must be returned within 10 days.  Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.  Due to the originality of some of our products, there maybe a 25% restocking fee.

 Q.  What carriers do you use for shipping?

A.  We ship UPS  ground unless otherwise specified.

Q.  What are your shipping rates?

A.  The minimum shipping rate on all products is $7.95.  Armour, shields, swords and and other battle gear are very heavy, so you should consider that shipping costs may range between 10-13% of the cost on these items.  Some of our items have free shipping and will be indicated as such on the products description.

Q.  Once purchased when will I receive my products?

A.  You should receive your order within 7 to 14 days of purchase depending on your location.  If the item is not in stock, you will be advised within 24 hours and you may cancel at that time if you wish.

Q.  Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at TheCastleCourt.com?

A.  Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number.

A.  You may contact us by e-mail at customerservice@thecastlecourt and by phone at 256-287-2134.  Someone is available to answer your questions weekdays from 10.00A.M to 6:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time.  If we do not answer, we are busy helping another customer, so please leave a message and we get back with you.  If you don't leave a message we will not know that you called.
